A Message from the Vice President for Enrollment and Student Affairs
Vice President for Enrollment & Student Affairs
Thank you for choosing to pursue your next educational goal with us at New York City College of Technology (City Tech). It is with great pleasure that I welcome you and invite you to be a part of our community. Everyone at City Tech is committed to your personal and educational growth.
At City Tech you can learn from professors in some of the most cutting-edge fields. City Tech professors have exceptional academic credentials, industry experience and connections, and a track record of producing economic mobility opportunities for our students. Along with our strong academic programs, you will find student services that will give assistance and encouragement to help you meet your academic goals and make the most of your experience on our campus. A significant component of your college experience will be the opportunity to participate in cocurricular (activities outside of the classroom) and volunteer activities. There are many cocurricular activities for City Tech students including student government, student clubs, exercise programs, musical and theatrical productions, guest speakers and much more.
I want to give you a little advice on how to engage these wonderful opportunities at City Tech. When you are on campus approach faculty and staff and ask them about cocurricular activities related to the things you are learning in class. Visit the student service areas to learn more about what they have to offer. Explore this website, visit the student life offices and sign up for an activity! Don't be shy ask us how we might provide you with the assistance to create a rich and full student experience.
I invite you to discover the information on this website and to learn more about the wide range of fascinating programs and activities that City Tech has to offer you.
