DENTAL HYGIENE DEPARTMENT ADVISEMENT

Dental Hygiene Fall-2024 in-person advisement has concluded and will resume on January 27, 2025 for Spring-2025. January 2025 advisement will be by email.

To request advisement, all students must complete Dental Hygiene Advisement Request Form.

Please read carefully our detailed program information on the Dental Hygiene website, including the Frequently Asked Questions section, as this will answer most of the questions you might have.

To apply for Fall 2025 clinical Dental Hygiene program, will require the following:

• Meeting in person with a Dental Hygiene faculty advisor in the Fall 2024 or Spring 2025 semester
• Review of the progress towards completion of all pre-requisite courses
• Review of CityTech student transcript (if student transferred from another institution, all transfer credits must be evaluated by the Transfer Office and grades/credits available for the advisor's review)
• Calculation of the GPA in the required pre-requisites courses
• Completion of DH student advisement information form.
