New York City College of Technology, in collaboration with CUNY, provides transcript services through Parchment. All transcript orders must be submitted online. We encourage all students to plan ahead and submit their transcript orders with enough time to meet upcoming deadlines.
We process transcript requests for all alumni and former students of our college, and for current students who need an official transcript. ALL academic transcripts can be ordered:
Please plan ahead and submit your request at least three weeks before your deadline to allow ample time for processing and mailing.
All transcripts requested for CUNY colleges are free of charge. If ordered online, only the processing fee applies.
When setting up your Parchment account, we recommend using an email address that you will continue to have access to in the future. Your student email account may no longer be accessible after you graduate or discontinue enrollment.

Parchment allows you to order up to five transcripts to be sent to a maximum of five different recipients. If you need to send more than five transcripts or to more than five recipients, you will need to place multiple orders. After completing each order, you will have the option to start a new one. In most cases, you will only need to update the information that differs from your previous order.

To comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) and to protect your rights, all transcript orders require authorization. The College provides the following procedure(s) for authorizing transcript orders:
After your order has been entered online, we must first determine whether your order qualifies for Automatic Authorization. If we successfully authorize your order, we will send you a confirmation email.

To view the status of your order, please sign in to your Parchment account.
Please allow 7-10 days for USPS delivery of all credentials.
The content of the official transcript from CUNYfirst is converted into a PDF and delivered electronically to the recipient by Parchment.
Once processed, the PDF Official Transcript is sent immediately to the designated recipient based on the student's order request. (except holidays or maintenance).
NOTE: Please expect delays in delivery if Paper Hard-Copy Transcript option is selected. Orders placed online for Paper Hard-Copy Transcripts are being printed at Parchment's Printing Facility. Additional time may be required for your recipient to process your incoming transcript once it has been received.
