We have gone paperless! All forms below are being accepted via the Registrar Portal. Only submissions from your campus email will be accepted. Please note we can no longer accept hard copies of these forms.

  • Open Enrollment begins March 17th
  • Change or declare a major/minor application begins on March 3rd for Summer/Fall 2025.
  • All Appeals for Committee on Courses and Standards must be submitted to Courseandstandards@citytech.cuny.edu.
