Free 24/7 Confidential Crisis Support
Crisis does not just mean thinking about ending your own life. It is any painful emotion and anytime you need support.
How It Works:
The first two responses are automated. They tell you that you are being connected with a Crisis Counselor and invite you to share a bit more. It usually takes less than five minutes to connect, though it may take longer during high-traffic times.
When connected, the counselor will introduce themselves, reflect on what you’ve shared, and invite you to continue at your pace. You’ll text back and forth — always on your terms. The goal is to help you reach a calm, safe place.
Conversations typically last 15–45 minutes. You’ll have the option to complete a feedback survey at the end.
