Alumni Card Instructions:

First, contact the Alumni Director via email and provide the following information:

• First and Last Name
• Student ID Number (8 digits)
• Year Graduated
• Major

Second, schedule and confirm your appointment date/time to meet with the Alumni Director at 16 Court Street, Suite 600, to pick up your alumni form before you head over to the main campus.
Please make sure to bring with you:
A driver's license or another form of ID with your photo, such as a passport, as proof to enter the building.

Third, after meeting with the Alumni Director, bring your signed alumni form to the Bursar's Office to make your payment.

• Payment for $25.00 goes to the Bursar's Office (keep your receipt from the bursar's office and show it to public safety as proof that you paid).
• You will need to renew your City Tech alum card every five years.

Fourth, bring your signed alum form and the receipt from the bursar's office to the ID station/Public Safety to take your photo for the alum card. The ID Station is located in N112.

Please note: The ID Station is currently open only on Wednesdays from (9am to 2pm) and from (3pm to 6pm).
