Appointment Scheduling

Please note: Not all programs or faculty members are utilizing Navigate for appointment scheduling at this time. If you do not see the department or person you wish to meet with, please contact them directly via email, phone, or in person.

  1. Log in to the Navigate Student mobile app or the desktop version using your CUNYfirst login credentials.
  2. Go to "Schedule an Appointment". Tap "Appointments" and then "Schedule an Appointment."
  3. Select your appointment type: "Student Services"
  4. Select the type of service.
    Your major/status will determine the appointment options are available to you. Please note that the Student Success Center is available to all students, but does not provide academic advising.
  5. Click on the "Find Available Time" button.
  6. Choose from the available days and times and schedule your appointment.
  7. Select a meeting type (In-person, Virtual) by using the drop-down menu in the "How would you like to meet?" field. (This field is towards the bottom of the page/screen.) /li>
  8. Please review the information on the confirmation page, especially the "Details" section.
  9. Click on the blue "Schedule" button
