"Since graduating, I landed a fulltime position as a Hardware Design Engineer. In addition, I have also founded two companies: Anime Gamer Zone and Active Innovation Technologies.

At Anime Gamer Zone, we are dedicated to building a community that celebrates anime, comic book, and video game enthusiasts. Our mission is to provide both physical and digital spaces where like-minded individuals can connect, share their interests, and pursue their passions.

Active Innovation Technologies is a research-focused institution committed to developing and leveraging current technologies to benefit people and the environment.

My relationship with City Tech's SEEK program is truly special. SEEK provided me with a sense of belonging, offering a supportive community free of judgment. It also gave me the academic boost I needed to thrive.

One of the most significant challenges I faced was financial instability. My family often struggled to cover basic expenses like gas, electricity, rent, and food. During these hardships, SEEK became a lifeline. I spent countless hours in the SEEK computer lab completing homework and charging portable devices to use at home. The food vouchers I received from the program were also an immense help.

SEEK not only supported my academic journey but also eased some of the financial pressures I faced, allowing me to focus on my studies. One of the greatest benefits of being a SEEK student is the exceptional community and academic resources it provides. The program offers tutors for nearly every subject, ensuring students have access to the support they need. In addition, SEEK counselors are always available to help, whether it's with college-related concerns or personal issues. Their nonjudgmental and caring approach creates a truly nurturing environment.

My advice to current and future SEEK students is this: don't be shy or hesitant about getting involved in the program. That said, don't feel pressured to participate in everything either. SEEK is like an angel on your shoulder, ready to help when you need it. It's an exclusive opportunity not everyone gets, and many regret not taking full advantage of it when they could. SEEK is there to support you in every decision you make, both inside and outside of school."
