Request a Equipment Loan

Audio & Visual equipment loans are available for faculty and staff for on-campus use. View the current inventory of equipment below. All equipment loans must be picked up from the Media Services Office, located in the Library Building LG-35. You will be asked to present a valid City Tech ID at time of pickup.

For equipment loans that require setup, please submit an Equipment Loan Request indicating "Setup is required".

Reserving Equipment

• Equipment must be picked up, signed out and returned by the person reserving the device and returned by the indicated return date. If setup of equipment was also requested, Media Services will pickup equipment at the conclusion of the event or at the return date.
• A valid City Tech ID card must be presented at the time of pickup.
• Equipment not picked up within 15 minutes of the reserve time will be released back into inventory.
• Faculty & Staff are responsible for the safety and security of loaned equipment.
• Please notify Media Services immediately regarding any problems with the equipment.
• Please do not attempt to repair equipment. Reach out to Media Services for repairs and troubleshooting. Malfunctioning equipment will be replaced if possible and available.
• Report lost or stolen equipment immediately to Media Services.
