Welcome to Media Services!

The Computing & Information Services (CIS) Media Services team provides audio and visual expertise, support and equipment for events ranging from small conferences to larger events. The following are some of the services provided by this office:

• Technician Support for On-Campus Events
• Audio-Visual Equipment Loans and Setups
• Video Duplication
• Classroom AV support
• Hyflex Classroom setup and support
• Provide maintenance and troubleshooting of presentation/conference rooms
• Setup and provide support for audio/visual, and distance education services
• Provide online FAQs, manuals, training on equipment use, and tutorials to the campus community
• Provide equipment delivery and repair services
• Install and performs initial system checkout on video production equipment
• Manage audio/visual installations, deliver, and set up various AV equipment
• Coordinate setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment needed to implement productive conferences and events

Event Support

To reserve an event space, please visit the Event Reservation site for details. For College affiliates, please submit a CUNY IT Help ticket to request audio & visual support from Media Services.

Webinars & Large Meetings

The College maintains several Zoom webinar and large meeting licenses. As there are limited licenses, you must submit a CUNY IT Help ticket to reserve the use of a license for your webinar or large meeting. More info.
