CUNY's computer resources are dedicated to the support of the University's mission of education, research and public service. CUNY Computer Resources' refers to all computer and information technology hardware, software, data, access and other resources owned, operated, or contracted by CUNY. This includes, but is not limited to, desktop and laptop computers, handheld devices that allow or are capable of storing and transmitting information (e.g., cell phones, tablets), mainframes, minicomputers, servers, network facilities, databases, memory, memory sticks, and associated peripherals and software, and the applications they support, such as e-mail, cloud computing applications, and access to the internet.
This site contains information intended for staff who provide technology services and support on campus. If you are a campus College Lab Technician, someone responsible for managing a technology resource or provide support for a technology resource, should join the City Tech IT Coordinators MS Teams site. Use the Teams site to access important documents and files as well as to collaborate with other IT colleagues on campus. You can post questions and comments on the chat and reach out to CIS colleagues here.
