State employees whose annual salaries surpass the threshold ($120,439 in 2026) or who are designated policy-makers after the applicable filing due date must file a Financial Disclosure Statement (FDS) within 30 days of the change in their salary or policy-maker designation.
Non-faculty Employees who meet the salary threshold or who have been designated as a policy maker must file a FDS by May 15.
Faculty (Academic Employees) who meet the reporting threshold must file their FDS by November 15 for the previous tax-year.
New State employees who: (1) have annual salaries above the threshold or are designated policy-makers, and (2) commence employment after the applicable filing due date must file within 30 days of hire.
