Meet the Chair

Polchinski is an instructor in both Environmental Control and Facilities Management courses. He brings to City Tech nearly 20 years of design, construction and facilities management experience from both government and the private sector. Mr.Polchinski holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Suny Buffalo (B.S.) and Manhattan College (Master's). He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York.
