- Student Self-Assessments
- Tutoring Center-Specialized tutoring in reading, writing and math
- On-campus placements for HRA WSP eligible students for up to 19 hours per week
- Completion of school enrollment verification letter (W-700D) and most HRA-related forms
- Assistance maintaining HRA compliance
- Attendance monitoring and verification

- Liaise between campus departments (Academic departments, Admissions, Bursar , Business Office, Counseling Services, Financial Aid, New Student Center, Our Children's Center, Professional Development Center (PDC), Registrar, Scholarship Office, Student Wellness Center, and Transfer Office)
- Referrals and collaboration with other special programs Accelerated Study in Associate Programs (ASAP), Center for Student Accessibility (CSA), Collegiate Science & Technology Entry Program (C-STEP), and The Percy Ellis Sutton SEEK (Search for Education, Elevation, and Knowledge)
