Arthur Chisolm – Career and Academic Advisor

I am a Career and Academic Advisor at New York City Tech, with over 20 years of combined experience in engineering, tech staffing, and tech education. I began my academic journey at CUNY, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, before transitioning into tech staffing. Over the next 16 years, I gained extensive expertise in talent acquisition, working with companies ranging from small businesses to billion-dollar firms. Currently, I advise students in the CUNY2X program, which aims to double the number of CUNY graduates with tech degrees. In partnership with NYC's Tech Talent Pipeline, this initiative provides students with industry-relevant skills to prepare them for successful careers in the tech field.
