Tinisha is a graduate of the NRTA Construction program. She came into the program not really sure of which trade she wanted to focus on. Towards the end of the program, she began to focus on plumbing, as she found that she enjoyed that trade the most. After completing the program, she took the Local 1 Plumber's exam and began working as a Plumber's Apprentice She is now working in her second year. The hourly rate for this position is $17.00- $19.00 an hour.

Timothy is a graduate of the NRTA Construction program. He came into the program with previous retail and food service experience, and now wanted to gain skills within the program to change his career field. After completing the NRTA program, he was placed temporarily with the U.S. Small Business Administration office as a Loan Officer. He went on to get hired for a permanent position with the United States Social Security Administration as a Customer Service Representative. The pay rate for this position is $80,00 - $84,000 per year.

Kenrick is a graduate of the Direct Support Professional program. He came into the program with prior work experience as a substitute Teacher and university History professor. He wanted to find a new career pathway that still allowed him to help others. After completing the program, he was hired by YAI as a Direct Care Worker. The pay rate for this position is $16.00 - $17.00 per hour.

Ran is a graduate of the Direct Support Professional program. She came into the program having worked in her native country of China for over twenty years as a hospital Nurse. She wanted to go into a new career where she could still be useful in helping people. After completing the program, she was hired by Eden II as a Direct Care Worker. The pay rate for this position is $16.00 - $17.00 per hour.
