On April 26 more than 125 donors, student scholars, faculty, staff, administrators and other friends of New York City College of Technology attended its Foundation-hosted 2012 “Friends of City Tech Donor Recognition Reception” and unveiling of the annual Donor Plaque. Held each spring, the event is one of the ways the Foundation expresses appreciation to donors for the generous support they provide City Tech student scholarship and other financial assistant programs. Donors share the evening with many of the student scholars who are benefiting from their gifts. Speakers included City Tech President Russell K. Hotzler and retired New York City Civil Court Judge and Foundation Board Secretary Alice Fisher Rubin.
