Refund Policy and Deadlines for Dropping Classes

The official date of the student's withdrawal is the date on which the program changes or withdrawal forms are filed with the College, not the last date of attendance in class. The official withdrawal date serves as the basis for computing any refund granted the student.

Keep in mind:

• Courses dropped on or after the first day of the semester/session will incur a tuition liability charge. This course tuition charge depends on the drop date.
• No portion of the student activity fee, special fees or penalty fees is refundable, except in cases where the student's registration or courses are canceled by the College.
• Failure to submit payment or attend classes is not considered an official drop. It is the student's responsibility to manage his or her enrollment.
