Participants should prepare their Abstract and Paper with the templates given through their respective links. Remember to submit BOTH the Abstract and Paper templates as a PDF (.pdf file) AND Word Document (.doc file). After submission, you will receive an email confirmation.
Please make sure your submitted abstract provides a short summary of the research with no more than 500 words (title not included) and please do not exceed one page. You can submit your abstract via the Dropbox link here.
The submission of a paper is not mandatory to give a talk. All submitted papers will be made available to all participants in electronic form. Please make sure that your submission is no longer than 8 pages. You can submit your paper via the Dropbox link here.
If you are going to present, please submit a PowerPoint or PDF of the presentation. If there is a video in the presentation, please check with us to see if the file is supported. The file name should be named "monthOfPresentation_dayOfPresentation_lastNameOfPresenter.ppt/pdf". An example of this is "June_7_Ancona.ppt".
