Undergrad Internship opportunity

Gain hands-on experience and specialized training in Accelerator Sciences and Technology, focusing on:

• Superconducting Materials
• Ultrafast High-Power Lasers
• Particle Accelerators

Program Overview

Duration & Stipend: $8,000 total

• Semesters 1 & 2: $500 per semester — Workshops, Seminars, & Field Trips
• Summer Internship: $6,500 — 10-week hands-on training at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL)
• Semester 3: Research publication, conference presentations, mentoring, and job applications

Program Deliverables

• Publish research in student conferences, journals, and internal reports
• Present findings through posters and presentations

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a STEM student with a minimum GPA of 2.9
• Have legal work authorization in the U.S.
