In 2015 City Tech and the Human Services Department began an exciting partnership with the Hispanic Federation to bring to our campus the Crear Futuros program. Crear Futuros (Creating Futures) is a peer–mentoring program designed to bring increased attention and resources, and improve educational achievement and economic opportunity for Latinx students and others in New York City attending their first year of college in CUNY Schools. The program supports college access, retention, and increased graduation rates.
