Welcome to the Office of Faculty and Staff Relations (OFSR) where human resources management is our focus. OFSR diligently works to attract, sustain, and inspire excellence in our staff, administrators and faculty through the administration of personnel-related matters for the college. OFSR works collaboratively to support the objectives of New York City College of Technology as the designated college of technology of The City University of New York, by providing leadership in personnel administration, workforce development, and labor and employee relations in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.

We manage personnel actions relative to the teaching and non-teaching instructional staff, and handle all matters pertaining to our classified (civil service) staff. Our services include benefits and pension administration, time and leave management, professional development, and collaborating with the college's administrative and academic leadership to attract and recruit a talented and dedicated workforce.
