Important Information

Please Read Before Filling Out This Application

City Tech is accepting non-degree applicants for Summer 2023, and classes will begin May 30^th for Session I, and July 10^th 2023 for Session II.

Processing will take up to 48 business hours; registration for classes begins April 5^th, 2023.

To apply, please fill out the following application and follow the directions below.

A $65 application fee will be applied toward your tuition bill upon the completion of the registration process. No payment will be required at the time of submission of this application.
Non-Degree Students are not eligible for financial aid.
Students who do not intend to qualify for a degree but wish to take credit-bearing courses may apply for non-degree status.
Non-U.S. citizens: Students who are not U.S. citizens may be required to provide proof of immigration status and/or proof of NYS residency to be considered for New York State resident tuition rates; this also applies to students attending out-of-state colleges.
Acceptance into the college does not guarantee that the course(s) you desire will be available or eligible for non-degree students.
Some courses will require departmental approval, which can take over 72 hours to be processed.
Current CUNY students interested in taking science courses can only do so as non-degree students. City Tech does not accept ePermits for these classes, and students will not be permitted to switch to ePermit after being accepted as a non-degree.
