Q: WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE?
A: All employees of New York City College of Technology and their families.

Q: ARE COUNSELING SERVICES CONFIDENTAL?
A: Yes.

Q: HOW DOES IT WORK?
A: A professional staff member will discuss your concerns with you to determine what options are available to address your situation. If outside help is necessary, we will make a direct referral to services that will meet your needs.

Q: WHEN SHOULD I CONTACT THE FACULTY AND STAFF SERVICE CENTER?
A: Seeking assistance for personal or other concerns early can prevent more difficulties at work and at home.

Q: HOW DO I CONTACT THE FACULTY AND STAFF SERVICE CENTER?
A: Call 718.260.5352 or just stop by Namm 229. We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may make an appointment at your convenience.
After 5:00 p.m. please leave a message on the answering machine. Your call will be returned promptly.

Q: IS THERE A FEE?
A: No. All services are free of charge for City Tech employees and their families.
However, if an outside referral is necessary, some agencies may charge fees.


City Tech Is CUNY
