During the dates between March 22 and April 1 the SIMS system will be unavailable. It is expected to be back up for inquiry by April 1. CUNYfirst is scheduled to be transaction-ready by April 10. Prior to this date and after April 1, CUNYfirst will be available for some administrative offices (such as Registrar) for testing and validation.

- If you have not already done so, please claim your CUNYfirst accounts.
Go to https://home.cunyfirst.cuny.edu and click the link "First time users", then follow the instructions on the following screens. If you need additional help claiming your accounts, please see the Claiming Your CUNYfirst Account Guide (pdf).
Note: If you experience any problems with claiming or accessing your CUNYfirst accounts or with viewing/modifying your information, please contact the Administrative Help Desk at (718) 260-5626.
- Verify your Human Resources employee information. If you find any discrepancies in your personal information that you cannot change on your own, please contact the Instructional Staff Relations Office and someone will assist you.
NOTE: CUNYfirst will send messages ONLY to your Citytech Groupwise Email account. Please be sure to check your Groupwise e-mail frequently for time-sensitive information.
