A good rule of thumb is that graduates can be considered committed if they continue to be successful after 8-12 weeks of training. During the program, participants receive counseling services to address barriers to employment and build self-efficacy. BIWTC career advisors provide counseling services to ensure that the student remains on the job and furthers his/her education. Follow-up services are also provided to maintain rapport and assist individuals’ transition to employment.
