Request for TAP Eligibility Intervention Workshop Registration

Your previous test results did not meet criteria for the Ability to Benefit test. In order to retest to meet eligibility for TAP, you must take and complete a 20 hour online intervention workshop from January 6^th through January 22^nd, 2020.
