You should plan to arrive at the residence, The St. George Hotel, 55 Clark Street in Brooklyn, in the early afternoon on the Sunday that your program begins (either June 6 or June 20) and to check out by noon on the following Saturday. We will provide you with transit maps and a Metrocard to facilitate your traveling around the city during the week.

you travel to New York:
From New York City’s three major Airports:
La Guardia - LGA
• Taxi, estimated fare: $35.00 (one way)
New York/JF Kennedy - JFK
• Subway, fare: $2.25 (one way); take the A line to High Street, Brooklyn.
Exit west, to Cadman Plaza. Walk 3 blocks south to Clark Street.
• Taxi, estimated fare: $45.00 (one way)
Newark - EWR
• Taxi, estimated fare: $65.00 (one way)
By Train from the north, you will arrive at Grand Central Terminal. Take the subway, 4 or 5 line, to Borough Hall. Walk 5 blocks north to Clark Street and 2 blocks west to the St. George. Alternatively, take the S line (42nd Street Shuttle) to Times Square, change to the 2 or 3 line, and exit at Clark Street in Brooklyn.
By Train from the south, you will arrive at Penn Station. Take the subway, A or C line, to High Street, Brooklyn. Exit west, to Cadman Plaza. Walk 3 blocks south to Clark Street.
By bus, you will arrive at the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Take the subway, A or C line, and follow the directions above (Penn Station).
