Submitting Your Printing/Duplication Job Guidelines

Services Offered

Besides routine B&W/Color duplicating, the NYCCT Imaging Center offers the following services on a variety of regular and specialty paper of all colors (some specialty papers are supplied by the ordering Dept) as well as card stock:

On Demand Printing

Mailings (in conjunction with the Mail Center)

• Posters up to 13 x 19 (12 x 18 Full Bleed)
• Booklets up to 8.5 x 11 (50 pages)
• Printing of Photographs

Binding

• Stapling
• Perfect/Tape
• Comb
• Side Stitching

Misc. Services

• Laminating
• Cut to Size
• Folding (up to 8.5 x 14)
• Pad Making

Jobs can be hand carried to the Image Technology department during regular hours. Jobs can also be submitted on line in PDF and other electronic format. Departments are generally responsible to pick up their work, but delivery can be arranged if necessary. Contact Jeff Novak or Kiros Haile for details.
