Professor Siegel is the Ophthalmic Dispensing Coordinator. He is a licensed Ophthalmic Dispenser and Certified Contact Lens Fitter in New York State and is certified by the American Board of Opticianry and the National Contact Lens Examiners.
Professor Siegel is an appointee by the New York State Regents to the Licensure/Disciplinary Panel of the New York State Board for Ophthalmic Dispensing. Professor Siegel served for two - five year terms on the New York State Board of Ophthalmic Dispensing. He has served on the board of directors of the New York State Society of Opticians.
Professor Siegel received a Bachelor of Arts from Herbert H. Lehman College and a Master of Science in Education from The City College of New York.
