Professor Nwoke teaches courses in methods of teaching, technology education foundations and curriculum development, technology systems, and assessment of student outcomes. He also supervises student teachers and interns.
Scholarly Accomplishments
A recipient of the Research Excellence Award from Iowa State University, Professor Nwoke's expertise includes educational research, curriculum development, and design and drafting technology. He has co-authored books in technical drawing and educational research and published articles on technical teacher education and integrating technology into the curriculum. Professor Nwoke coordinates the occupational competency assessment program at City Tech and is director of several funded projects aimed at the preparation and professional development of pre-service and in-service career and technical education teachers.
