The associate’s degrees in liberal arts provide students with a broad, liberal education emphasizing the communication, team-work and analytical skills needed for both the workforce and higher education. The Job Find website offers the following advice to job seekers. “Hiring managers respect and expect technical expertise. But technical skills without the motivation to keep growing and learning will soon become obsolete. The ability to effectively communicate with your boss, co-workers, and customers will ultimately determine your long-term success.” A liberal arts degree develops these skills.
