Nursing
Rosalyn Forbes is a full-time Substitute Assistant Professor in the Department of Nursing.
She is a 1st semester ("Foundation for Caring") clinical instructor/lecturer and clinically affiliated (Mon. & Wed.) at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center for Long Term Care and Maimonides Medical Center for Acute Care.
As she continues to move through this age of technology at CityTech., under a Perkin's Grant she created a Birthing and Neonatal Clinical Laboratory with (Noelle/Neonatal Birthing Simulator and Sim Baby) Human Simulators. She is the Technical Support Specialist (TSS) for the Department of Nursing, she continue's to incorporate and use the simulators as an adjunct to the traditional teaching course/s.
She received her BS in Nursing, MS in Community Health Nursing/Family and her Post Master's Degree Nurse Educator Certificate from Long Island University.
