Hospitality Management
Assistant Professor: Gerry Van Loon received an A.O.S. degree from the Culinary Institute of America, a B.S. in Business Communication and Hospitality Management from the City University of New York Baccalaureate Program, and his M.B.A from the Stern Graduate School of Business at New York University.
Research and Professional Interests: Entrepreneurship and Innovation. In particular, increasing operating efficiencies of new ventures, managing growth of family owned firms, stimulating innovation in mature organizations or fading brands.
