Claire Stewart received her A.O.S. degree in culinary arts from the Culinary Institute of America. Claire worked as a dining room captain in California and later as a chef de partie in Oxford, England. She has been Executive Sous Chef at The Yale Club of NYC and worked at Gracie Mansion as a chef for Mayor Giuliani. Claire was Chef Poissonier at Rainbow Room and Executive Chef of the Continental Club. She is a member of Chef’s Collaborative and of Women Chefs and Restaurateurs. She attended the Sommelier Society of America Certification program and the Windows on the World Wine School.
