Professor O'Halloran earned a bachelors degree in Hospitality Labor Relations from City University of New York and a master’s degree in Industrial Labor Relations from Baruch College. Professor O'Halloran has over twenty-two years experience in the hospitality industry in a variety of managerial positions.
