Hospitality Management
Professor Julia Jordan is an HM alumnae specializing in teaching courses in culinary arts, food and beverage purchasing, dining room operations and service management. She co-coordinates the department's international work/study and internship programs. Professor Jordan is on the Advisory Board of the American Institute of Wine & Food/NY Chapter. She is founder of Days of Taste, a nationally recognized taste exploration program for elementary school children.
