Mark Hellermann

Professor Hellermann has worked as a culinary chef and a pastry chef at many New York restaurants and aboard private yachts in Florida. He has been an instructor for over 20 years and since his culinary training under Madame L. Kuony, in Fond du Lac Wisconsin, has been interested in promoting food sustainability initiatives. He is the faculty adviser for the Garden Club.
