Hospitality Management
Professor Dias earned a bachelors degree in hospitality management at New York City College of Technology and is completing a master’s degree at Empire State College SUNY. Professor Dias has 20 years hospitality management experience, including serving in executive management positions with and providing consulting services to several internationally recognized lodging brands. Professor Dias teaches Perspectives in Hospitality Management, Hospitality Management Marketing Strategies and Executive Housekeeping Principles. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Alumni Association.
