Professional Bio:

Suzanne Miller's plays include Young Love; Flirting with the Deep End; Beatrice; The Handwriting, The Soup and The Hats; and Abigail's Atlas. Her work has been seen in New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, Providence, New Haven and at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She is currently working on a musical stage adaptation of Leo Lionni's Frederick (with composers Sarah Durkee and Paul Jacobs), which will be produced at Omaha's Rose Theater in March, 2014. Other collaborations include the musical Greta (with composer Jeremy Schonfeld) which was workshopped with Bridge2Broadway at Orange County School of the Arts in July 2013, and will be produced at Bloomington Playwrights Project in May, 2014.

Miller received a BA in English from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MFA in playwriting from Brown University, where she studied with Paula Vogel, Chuck Mee, Aishah Rahman, and Mac Wellman. Miller was an original company member of Annex Theater in Seattle, and a founding member of the Seattle Playwrights Alliance.
