ö Professor Viglina received her bachelorâs and masterâs degrees in physics from the Kharkov State University of Ukraine (former Soviet Union). She brings to the department over 12 years experience in programming, Local Area Network and system management. Professor Viglina has worked for private businesses and two senior colleges within the CUNY system providing Local Area Network support and administration. She earned her CNI (Certified Novell Instructor) professional certification in 2000.
