Professional Experience and Research
Mr. Morrison founded and currently manages Mercator Land Surveying in addition to his duties at CityTech. Lem manages surveys, public and private throughout the NYC metropolitan area. He leads his profession by incorporating the science and technology of surveying, laser scanning, GPS, gyro-theodolites, robotics and field computing, with the art of boundary analysis. Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) and its application to land surveying is an area where Lem expands the profession and service to quality and clients.
Previously, Mr. Morrison was employed at BL Companies where he managed surveys in the lower NY counties and NJ. Boswell Engineering employed Mr. Morrison in his first substantial position in the metro region. Under the guidance of John Richardson, Jr., Lem earned his three professional licenses during his tenure there.
