Marketing, and Business Management

Professor Salisbury is a database marketer. Most of his business career was spent at leading direct advertising agencies — J. Walter Thompson, DRAFT/FCB, Digitas, and Ogilvy. His heart is in teaching, and marketing – especially database marketing, online marketing, and big data issues. Experience on the client-side includes Citigroup, Conde Naste, Elderplan and TIAA-CREEF. This work mirrors his advertising clients – mainly Fortune 100 organizations. He is focused on teaching marketing courses, guiding our students toward successful careers, and research on direct marketing issues, (e.g., who buys organic food?).
