Marketing & Law

Timothy W. Reinig is an Assistant Professor of Business at CUNY's New York City College of Technology and is a founding member of the School of Professional Studies Consortial Faculty at the CUNY Graduate Center where he teaches in the Online Baccalaureate and Masters Degree Programs in Business. He also teaches Intellectual Property for Information and Technology Managers in several graduate degree programs in the Department of Management at Polytechnic Institute of New York University where he is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Management.

Prior to his appointments at CUNY, Professor Reinig was the Chief Legal Officer and Director of Marketing at BiGKiD Inc. and Moxie Mouse Media, a global e-Commerce and New Media Web hosting and design group in Silicon Alley. A cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, Professor Reinig is a former clinical law clerk to The Honorable John T. Curtin of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York and holds degrees from Oberlin College and the University of Michigan. He also received a postgraduate Certificate in e-Business Development from the Marketing and Management Institute of New York University.

An award-winning author of multiple publications on business, e-Commerce, law, marketing and technology, Professor Reinig is the recipient of several educational grants co-funding joint research in online education and curriculum development. He is an active participant as a guest lecturer for the City Bar Justice Center's pro bono publico Neighborhood Entrepreneur Law Program of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and is a member of the Bar of the State of New York and the Bars of the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Southern and Western Districts of New York.
