Charles Daniels is a Substitute Assistant Professor in the Business Department at New York City College of Technology for academic year 2008-08. He holds a BBA degree in accountancy from Baruch College and an MS degree in Taxation (with distinction) from Long Island University. Professor Daniels, who is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant, teaches courses in cost accounting and financial accounting at City Tech. He has taught financial accounting and managerial accounting at other CUNY colleges. Also, Professor Daniels taught financial accounting and cost accounting at Kean University, in New Jersey. In addition to teaching, Professor Daniels has public accounting experience with Arthur Andersen LLP (New York) and has held accounting positions in various public companies.
