Professor Carroll has been a practicing Certified Public Accountant since the late 1970's in a number of firms in NYC. He was a managing partner of his own small firm for about twenty years. His area of expertise is in not-for-profit organizations. He is a graduate of Baruch and Lehman Colleges and has been a faculty member at the college for over twenty-five years.
