Over the years he has assumed increasing levels of responsibility in all phases of work planning, schematic design and construction administration in the field of architecture.
Among William's projects are commercial and residential architecture. He has been responsible for preparing existing condition plans, proposed schematic design plans and design development for New York Foundling Home in Staten Island New York. His project experience included a new 5 story 35,000 sq. ft. residential housing for Hogar Garden Plaza in Bronx, New York and a new 7 story medical facility approximately 50,000 sq ft. for Urban Health Plan Bronx, New York. He has worked coordinating and drafting multiple details for curtain wall system.
He prides himself on being a results oriented, hands-on individual with excellent interpersonal abilities, and office management skills. In his free time William enjoys sketching, painting, sports, traveling and exploring natural and urban environments.
