Among Alexander's projects are commercial and residential development projects locally and in Europe. Most recently he's been working with colleges to develop a new language of architecture that facilitates collaborative study. These studies are designed to create a new way of learning, and to facilitate this learning by using architecture to create environments that support spontaneous and planned collaboration into the architecture of their new and existing buildings.
His other projects include developing virtual architecture for display of large sculptures and extending exhibitions. Some of these designs have been utilized and exhibited in Europe. He is also involved in developing new methods of constructing with recycled material and innovative concrete form work techniques using 3-D computer modeling.
Prior to his architectural work with Maadluxe Design, he worked at Rockwell Group, Arquitectonica and KPF (Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates). His project experience included Research Laboratories, Schools, Master Planning, Town House Design and Development, Multistory Apartment Complexes and Luxury Dwellings.
In his free time Alexander enjoys sketching, hiking, travel and exploring urban environments
