Emanuel Krashinsky is a professor in the Advertising Design & Graphic arts department at New York City College of Technology. Professor Krashinsky earned an A.A.S. from the Fashion Institute of Technology, a B.S. in Chemistry from CCNY and an MBA from Long Island University. Prior to entering academia at NYCOT, he worked for various surface coatings companies. He was hired as an ink chemist by Gotham Ink & Color Company and eventually became plant manager at Gotham.

During his tenure at NYCCOT, Professor Krashinsky has taught many different Graphic Arts courses. Currently, he shares his expertise as an ink chemist by teaching courses in printing ink analysis, color theory and quality control. He has been a board member and officer of many graphic arts fraternal organizations.
