60-Plus City Tech Students Interview with Lehman Brothers
More than 60 City Tech students engaged in 170 interviews with Lehman Brothers, the diversified, global financial services company, on March 21, 2007, during a visit to campus by Emily Schwartz, the firm’s campus recruiting coordinator and co-op program manager for the Information Technology Division. Two vice presidents and 19 other managers representing nine business areas accompanied her.
“The Lehman Brothers recruiters were very impressed with our students,” says Marcela Armoza, the College’s vice president of enrollment and student affairs. “They found them highly knowledgeable, focused and committed to building solid careers.”
The College hosts recruitments events by major regional employers throughout the academic year. “The scope of our on-campus recruitment program,” says Adrian Griffith, City Tech’s director of placement. “is a real strength of the College and of enormous benefit to students.”
